We aim to ship your products on the same day, however please allow 3-5 working days.
All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched on the same day Monday - Friday.

If for any reason your order is delayed our customer service team will contact you to advise at the earliest possible time after your order has been placed. Note - If you order an item on PRE ORDER, the rest of your order will not ship until everything is in stock.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you should receive an automated email with your shipment confirmation and tracking details.
Can I change my delivery address?
No, unfortunately once your order has been placed your shipping address cannot be changed.
Our courier DPD will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery by email and/or text. If you miss the first delivery they will attempt a second time. After the second attempt your parcel will be stored at the local depot for 24 hours, if not collected it will be returned to us, extra charges will apply. If you’d like for us to re-send the parcel you’ll be required to cover the return cost as well as extra charges.
Missing or Incorrect Items
Please note you should notify us within 72 hours from the date your order is delivered of any missing or incorrect items in your order. Unfortunately we will not be able to action any requests once this time has passed. Contact us; firstname.lastname@example.org
