Delivery Times

We aim to ship your products on the same day, however please allow 2-3 working days to prepare your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders especially during sales, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Time: Please note that days indicated below are working days (Monday - Friday) and are estimates only. Delivery times can vary due to issues outside of our control. If for any reason your order is delayed our customer service team will contact you to advise at the earliest possible time after your order has been placed.

USA ORDERS

We aim to ship all orders the same day; however, please allow an extra day for dispatch during busy periods. Once your package has been handed over to the courier, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Please note that in some cases, delays may occur due to random customs inspections upon arrival in the US—unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

Please note: Due to new tax rules you will have to pay all the additional charges and customs yourself upon the arrival of your order. 

Important Information

Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorized. 

Order tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched you should receive an automated email with your shipment confirmation and tracking details.

Can I change my delivery address?

No, unfortunately once your order has been placed your shipping address cannot be changed.

Missed Delivery

Our courier DPD will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery by email and/or text. If you miss the first delivery they will attempt a second time. After the second attempt your parcel will be stored at the local depot for 24 hours, if not collected it will be returned to us, extra charges will apply. If you’d like for us to re-send the parcel you’ll be required to cover the return cost as well as extra charges.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Please note you should notify us within 72 hours from the date your order is delivered of any missing or incorrect items in your order. Unfortunately we will not be able to action any requests once this time has passed. Contact us; luxegelorders@gmail.com

Worldwide shipping - Duties and Taxes

We proudly offer worldwide delivery on all orders. Once your order is received, it takes 1–2 working days to process and dispatch (apart from big sale events where this can take longer) your items via your chosen courier service. You will always receive a tracking number along with the courier company name handling your delivery.

Please note:
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs checks or delays by courier services. Processing times at customs may vary depending on the destination country, and some regions may experience longer clearance periods.

If your package is delayed, we strongly recommend contacting the courier company with your tracking code unless instructed otherwise. We have no control or say over your package once it is passed onto the shipping company and are not responsible for the time it takes for the order to reach you once it is dispatched by us.
