NEEDS: CLEAR BRUSH ON BUILDER GEL IN A BOTTLE AS A BASE LAYER
NOTE: You can use this with our famous clear structure base if you choose the product for colour and not for its Hema free properties. Remember that only using this with the Hema free clear as a base makes it Hema Free.

This is a non soak off product and needs to be filed off.
